PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING DOUBLE JAB BOXING CLUB’S SERVICES. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, AND THE RULES FOR USING OUR CLUB, FACILITIES, AND SERVICES.

Hey, just like every other club, we’ve got some detailed Terms of Service. We know it’s a bit of a read, but it’s important—it covers how we run things at Double Jab, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
Double Jab Boxing Club (“Double Jab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides boxing classes, mentoring, events, and related services at our club, via our website (www.doublejabboxing.com), and through any other official Double Jab channels (together, the “Services”).
By taking part in our classes, using our facilities, booking sessions, or engaging with our club in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you’re signing up a young person (under 18), you confirm you’re their parent or guardian and agree to these Terms on their behalf.
We also have a Privacy Policy that explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services or facilities.
2. ACCESSING THE CLUB & SERVICES
To join classes or use our facilities, you may need to provide accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access if information is incomplete or incorrect.
Our classes are open to all ages and abilities, but some sessions may have age or experience requirements for safety reasons. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent.
We may occasionally restrict access to certain sessions, facilities, or services for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons.
3. MEMBERSHIPS, BOOKINGS, AND PAYMENTS
You can book classes and manage your membership through our website or booking system. Please keep your account details secure and up to date.
Memberships and class passes are non-transferable. All payments must be made in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing, session times, or membership terms as needed, but we’ll always aim to communicate changes clearly and in advance.
4. CLUB RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT
We expect all members, visitors, and staff to treat each other with respect and uphold the values of Double Jab: inclusivity, safety, and community spirit.
Prohibited behaviour includes (but isn’t limited to):

Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind

Disruptive or unsafe conduct

Damage to club property or equipment

Ignoring staff instructions or club rules
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the club or sessions for behaviour that goes against our values or puts others at risk.
5. HEALTH, SAFETY & WELLBEING
Boxing is a physical activity and carries inherent risks. By participating, you confirm you are fit and able to take part, and you take responsibility for your own health and safety. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please let a coach know before joining a session.
We recommend consulting a doctor before starting any new fitness program, especially if you have existing health concerns.
Personal belongings are your responsibility while at the club. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
6. USE OF FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT
Please use all equipment and facilities as instructed by staff and only for their intended purpose.
Report any damage or issues to a coach or staff member immediately.
7. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & FREEZES
Class bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
Memberships can be frozen due to injury or other significant life events; please contact us to discuss.
Refunds are not available for classes or memberships already used, except where required by law.
8. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
We collect and process your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for club operations or by law.
9. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend memberships for breaches of these Terms or for behaviour that puts others at risk.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the latest version on our website and aim to notify members of major changes.
